I. Responsibilities
Planning, organizing personnel, managing and operating campaigns and reporting, testing
II. Job details
II.1. Receive the brief
- Collecting preliminary information of customers when receiving assignments
- Assessment of IMC topics
- Clarify or build client brief
II.2. Building Proposal
- Make an outline for the answer, research information
- Output of creative briefs
- Briefly give complete information to relevant departments
- Control the process of developing and finalizing the proposal
- Lead the pitching with customers
II.3. Operation
- Operational planning
- Prepare an operation brief and send it to the operating departments and units
- Controlling the operation progress and quality of related departments and units
- Make reports and minutes of acceptance when the implementation and operation items are completed
- Handling arising problems during the operation
III. Request
III.1. Knowledge
- Graduated from University or above, majoring in Economics, Marketing Communication
- Understanding how to operate and deploy communication and marketing tools
III.2. Experience
At least 02 years of experience in consulting, planning, supervising the implementation of IMC real estate campaigns
